dentistry in the USA?
Generally the answer is no, foreign trained
dentists cannot practice in the state of Ohio
without a US license or teaching license. However, if you
are accepted into a Specialty program or are
teaching in our Dental clinics you may be given a
Limited Residency license.
4. Do I have to have a DDS or equivalent
to enter the Program?
No. Many of our students do have a DDS or
equivalent degree but not all. The minimum
requirement is a Bachelors of Science (or
equivalent) degree in one of the Biological or
Physical Sciences or Engineering. Some of our
students also come into the program with a
Masters degree but this is not a requirement and
does not make one ineligible for the program.
What are the minimum scores/grades to
