1. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling 614-292-5399.
2. What do I need to schedule an appointment?
-
Patients will need a referral from their general dentist explaining
what tooth/teeth require root canal treatment/evaluation. For a

3. What do I need upon arrival to my appointment?
-
Please bring a copy of your referral (see question 2), a government
issued photo ID, completed registration packet if completed prior to
appointment and your insurance card if applicable. If you are a new
patient to the Advanced Endodontic Clinic please arrive 30 minutes
earlier than your scheduled appointment to fill out registration
paper work if you have not already filled out the printable version

4. What kind of insurance does the Advanced
Endodontic Clinic accept?

We are mainly a Delta Dental provider. We do accept state sponsored
programs - Medicaid, CareSource, Molina and United Health Care
Community Plan. Treatment for patients with state sponsored programs
may require prior authorization from the insurance provider.
Treatment not covered by insurance must be paid for in advance.
5. How much does a Root Canal treatment cost?

A Root Canal treatment can range any where from $550.00 - $891.00
depending on which tooth needs treatment and the type of treatment
needed.
6. Do you have a payment plan?
- Currently, the
College does not have a payment plan. Treatment is fee for service
and full payment is expected at time of appointment. There is no
sliding fee scale. The College accepts - Cash, Credit Cards, Checks
and Money Orders.
7. What if I need emergency treatment care for my
tooth?

We advise
patient with referrals who are experiencing pain to come in during
our Emergency Walk In hours. Emergency patients in pain will be
charged a $153.00 fee for emergency treatment in addition to the
cost of the root canal treatment.

Patients
without a referral who are experiencing pain may come in through the
College’s Emergency Clinic. For more information about the Emergency
