Walters, DMD, MS
Dr. Ann Walters received her
DMD degree in 1981 from the University of Pennsylvania and
completed two years of residency training in general dentistry
at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She completed a
residency in orthodontics at the Ohio State University in 1986.
She was a full-time faculty member in the Section of
Orthodontics of the OSU College of Dentistry until 1989, when
she entered private practice in Marion, Ohio. She currently
teaches at OSU on a part-time basis. She is a member of the
American Dental Association and the American Association of
Orthodontics and is past president of the OSU Orthodontic Alumni
Association. Recently, Dr. Walters received board certification
and is now a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. In
addition, she was inducted into the Fellowship of the Pierre
Fauchard Academy, an international dental honor society. Dr.
Walters resides in Marion, Ohio with her husband, John, and
their son and daughter.
