SMS is pleased to offer our paying subscribers the opportunity to earn 8 hours of  free self-study continuing education credits per year.*

Our self-study CE courses are offered up to four times per year.  Each course has a deadline.  To participate at no charge, you must submit your answer form by the deadline.  For detailed self-study instructions, click here.

How to Earn FREE CE Credits
Dental professionals in your office may earn free CE credits.  Each person must read the self-study course materials and then complete an answer form online.  Credit hours are issued in the form of a certificate for the successful completion of each self-study course.  A total of 6/8 questions must be answered correctly to receive CE credit. 

STOP! Free CE courses through SMS are made available as a benefit exclusive to paying subscribers and their immediate office personnel only. All others will be considered non-valid participants. 

The next self-study will be available July 1st. For those that received a notice stating April 22nd, we apologize for the error.

 
The Ohio State University College of Dentistry is a recognized provider for ADA CERP, AGD Fellowship, Mastership and Maintenance credit and an Ohio State Dental Board permanent sponsor of continuing education courses.

After the Deadline. . .
Once the deadline has passed, SMS subscribers may still participate and earn 2 CE credits for a $25 processing fee.  Please print and submit this Self-Study Fee Form along with payment and then you can submit your answers by clicking here

For those not subscribed to the SMS service, courses may be purchased for $50 each, paid in advance.
